Judge refuses to rule on last-minute document dump

Judge Richard Leon has said he will not decide until after the closing arguments on Monday whether a trove of documents presented by the Department of Justice’s antitrust division at the “eleventh hour” is admissible in the government’s case against AT&T/Time Warner.
