Judge Leon defines public interest by price and choice in CVS/Aetna

CVS Health’s acquisition of Aetna is not in the public interest if it leads to higher prices or less consumer choice, Judge Richard Leon said during live evidentiary hearings on the Department of Justice’s proposed clearance of the merger.
