Judge dismisses “implausible” gold and silver price-fixing claims

Several defendants sued in commodity price-fixing lawsuits – UBS regarding gold and several banks regarding silver – have won dismissal, as a federal judge in New York called allegations against banks that did not participate in the allegedly collusive auctions “implausible”.
