Judge dismisses bar prepper’s antitrust allegations

A New York federal judge has thrown out antitrust allegations brought by a company that offers bar exam preparation courses to foreign students, ruling the company’s expulsion from law school campuses was based on poor performance rather than an anticompetitive conspiracy.
