Judge certifies three classes of broiler chicken purchasers

A federal judge in Illinois has certified three classes of purchasers in the Broiler Chicken antitrust litigation, rejecting poultry processors’ claims that the plaintiffs failed to demonstrate causation and injury in a “common fashion”.
