Jindal gives first look into jury views on labour market cases
A Texas jury’s verdict finding two individuals not guilty of conspiring to fix wages was the first glimpse into whether jurors will find anticompetitive conduct in labour markets serious enough to merit a criminal conviction, according to former Department of Justice enforcers.
