Jimmy John’s faces no-poach allegations

Following Jimmy John’s 2016 agreements with two state attorneys general surrounding its no-poaching practices, a group of current and former employees are accusing the sandwich franchise of illegally forcing its franchisees not to hire each others’ workers.
