ITC weighs antitrust injury in case against Chinese steelmakers

Commissioners at a US trade regulator sought guidance yesterday on whether a complainant bringing suit under US trade law must show antitrust injury from an alleged price-fixing scheme, and at least two indicated that they saw no such requirement in the law.
