ICE/Black Knight fight to keep expert on case

Intercontinental Exchange and Black Knight have urged a California federal judge to reject the Federal Trade Commission’s bid to exclude testimony from their economic expert before a preliminary injunction trial seeking to prevent the companies from completing their deal.
