The Federal Trade Commission told the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit yesterday that a ruling against the agency would set a dangerous precedent for its ability to get an injunction “unless someone is actually caught with their hand in the cookie jar.” We have a pair of oral argument stories from Philadelphia, and an item on the city of Oakland’s lawsuit against the National Football League as its Raiders plan the move down to Sin City.
