Google critic blasts consumer welfare standard

Speaking before the Senate antitrust subcommittee, Open Markets Institute executive director Barry Lynn on Wednesday blamed the consumer welfare standard in antitrust enforcement for what he says is an unprecedented concentration of wealth and power in the US today – but found few to agree with him.
