People in glass houses should not throw non-competes at their employees. The Federal Trade Commission has once again required a glass manufacturer to terminate its non-compete provisions to resolve allegations it violated Section 5 of the FTC Act. In other FTC news, the agency issued its second second request to Aerojet in the past two years.
