Luther Lowe is more than just the man behind the “Wu & Khan & Kanter” coffee mugs. In Google’s own words, the allegations “conceived and advanced” by Yelp’s top antitrust lobbyist are a “central part” of the Department of Justice’s search monopolisation case against the company. Lowe revealed on Friday that his 15-year tenure at Yelp has ended. He has not said what is next, but it appears likely he will remain a thorn in Google’s side.
