The National Association of Attorneys General today kicks off its antitrust seminar in Denver, which runs through to Friday. The association promises to leave time at the end of each day for litigation meetings, so companies under investigation by state attorneys general might want to keep an eye out. Meanwhile, we have coverage of opening arguments in the Federal Trade Commission’s proceedings against dental suppliers who already have settled with the Texas attorney general.
