After an “exhaustive” probe into sexual misconduct allegations against Joshua Wright, George Mason University Law School is taking further steps to prevent such behaviour in future. The new policies are a commendable effort to protect students and employees, say Kirkland & Ellis partner Elyse Dorsey and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer counsel Angela Landry, who have both claimed Wright pressured them into inappropriate relationships while he was their professor.
