FTC’s marine chemical market is too small, companies say

The Federal Trade Commission has defined the market for marine water treatment chemicals sold to certain fleets too narrowly and excluded legitimate competitors to Wilhelmsen Maritime Services and Drew Marine, counsel to the companies told a judge at the agency on Friday.
