FTC’s “compelling” claims against Microsoft may lack support, experts say
The Federal Trade Commission’s theory of competitive harm is probably strong enough to block Microsoft's proposed purchase of Activision Blizzard, but it is unclear if the enforcer has the evidence to back up its allegations, several antitrust experts have said.
