FTC settles wage-fixing claim against therapist staffing company

A new Democratic commissioner at the Federal Trade Commission has raised concerns about the agency’s settlement of claims that a therapist staffing services company, its owner and the owner of a competing company conspired to lower therapists’ salaries.
