FTC: Ninth Circuit’s Qualcomm mistakes threaten antitrust law

The Federal Trade Commission has asked that the full US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit rehear its monopolisation case against Qualcomm, arguing that a three-judge panel on the court failed to grasp basic principles of antitrust law in its August ruling.
