FTC gets a merger win: The Tipline for 24 July 2018

Wilhelmsen Maritime Services has abandoned its acquisition of Drew Marine, after a court injuncted the deal following a request by the Federal Trade Commission. We have coverage of that, and will also be back at the commission today to hear the agency’s challenge to the tie-up between Ottobock and Freedom Innovations.
