After hiring an all-star lineup to litigate T-Mobile/Sprint, the company poached Mark Nelson from Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton to be its top in-house lawyer. Now T-Mobile is hiring a former member of the Federal Trade Commission’s front office as its top antitrust attorney. Also in Tipline, the FTC wants to lock down plans with Meta for the 2023 holiday season and a group of House lawmakers decry the EU’s Digital Markets Act.
