Former DOJ officials worry about US leniency changes

Three former heads of criminal antitrust enforcement at the Department of Justice say they are deeply concerned that apparent changes to the country’s leniency policy could deter would-be whistleblowers and ultimately stifle the discovery and prosecution of cartels.
