Former DOJ chief economist says Ottobock deal will harm competition

The Antitrust Division’s former deputy assistant attorney general for economics, Fiona Scott Morton, has testified that Ottobock’s acquisition of its rival Freedom Innovations will undoubtedly reduce competition in the market for microprocessor knees.
