FCC blocks bid to retain price caps

The Federal Communications Commission denied a group of telecommunications-related companies' request to stop its new business data services regulation, saying the removal of a price cap regulation does not violate antitrust principles because other regulatory methods and competition will keep rates at "just and reasonable levels."
