Someone should start a side hustle of educating business people on reducing their chances of going to prison for price fixing. This thought was occasioned by reading the affidavit from an agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, who claimed that the chief executive of an international shipping company sent an email to employees telling them not to put into writing any price fixing agreement because such agreements violate antitrust law.
