Expect vigorous enforcement, says FTC chair

Federal Trade Commission chair Joseph Simons has said that he hopes to echo the pace of enforcement that took place in the early 2000s, but with an additional focus on dominant companies’ unilateral conduct and mergers involving nascent rivals.
