Eighth Circuit says food wholesalers can’t force arbitration of antitrust case

SuperValu and C&S Wholesale Grocers cannot compel plaintiffs to arbitrate claims that they allocated markets, the US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit ruled on Wednesday.
