NERA Economic Consulting’s Michael Baye has had a busy couple of weeks. Following a jury trial win just before Thanksgiving, which found that egg producers and trade groups conspired to restrict output, the former head of the Federal Trade Commission’s bureau of economics is now arguing for treble damages in that lawsuit.
