Critics of antitrust’s revolving door have predominantly focused on Federal Trade Commission, Department of Justice and Congressional staff. But Senator Elizabeth Warren is ringing the alarm on Big Tech infiltrating the Office of the US Trade Representative. Warren’s 33-page report entitled “Big Tech’s Big Con: Rigging Digital Trade Rules to Block Antitrust Regulation” may not connect all the dots, but the Democrat from Massachusetts has proven mighty successful at pushing the Biden Administration to the left on competition policy.
