DOJ strikes agreement with fourth generic drugmaker

Generic pharmaceutical company Apotex has agreed to pay a $24.1 million criminal fine for its role in a conspiracy to fix the price of a cholesterol medication as part of a deal to avoid prosecution by the Department of Justice.
