DOJ should follow foreign agencies’ lead on compliance, antitrust lawyers say
While private practitioners have urged the Department of Justice’s antitrust division to discount fines for companies with robust compliance programmes, senior officials at two of the agency’s foreign counterparts admit that it is not simple to do so.
