DOJ must address efficiencies during its case-in-chief, AT&T says
The Department of Justice must address the approximately $2.5 billion in efficiencies that AT&T and Time Warner claim their merger will generate during its case-in-chief, not on rebuttal, the lead lawyer to the merging companies has said.
