DOJ: court erred in dismissing insulation monopolisation claims

A Colorado federal court misapplied antitrust precedent concerning refusals to deal with a rival when striking out a claim against an industrial insulation manufacturer for allegedly withholding its business from customers, the Department of Justice has argued.
