DOJ and hospital lose bids for summary judgment
A Michigan federal judge has rejected motions for partial summary judgment brought by the US Department of Justice and a hospital accused of anticompetitive conduct, holding that neither the facts of the case nor the antitrust standard by which it should be decided can be ascertained before trial.
