Delrahim emphasises trade and “innovative” enforcement

Assistant attorney general for antitrust Makan Delrahim on Friday said he sought new ideas for competition enforcement, particularly about its intersection with trade policy, and to convert the “soft law” of international cooperation into “hard law” safeguarding US companies from unfair foreign prosecution.
