DC Circuit: FAA ignored competition when removing flight slots
The Federal Aviation Administration’s decision to retire flight slots at Newark International Airport improperly overlooked competitive concerns raised by the Department of Justice and the airport itself, the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has ruled.
