Data aggregator and amici say judge correctly allowed scraping of LinkedIn

Data aggregator hiQ Labs and several companies joining as amici have argued in briefs to the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit that a lower court judge was right in issuing a preliminary injunction allowing hiQ to continue scraping information from professional networking website LinkedIn.
