PharmacyChecker.com is scrambling to keep its illegal boycott claims against Big Pharma alive, but there are questions about whether it has non-antitrust laws on its side. A federal court in Manhattan threw out its case earlier this year, finding that the price comparison tool could not seek antitrust relief because it encouraged consumers to illegally import prescription drugs.
