Containerboard and Cooley: The Tipline for 7 August 2017

Eight years ago today, Philip Weiser was in St Louis at the Organization for Competitive Markets, making his maiden speech as the deputy assistant attorney general for policy, appellate, and international matters. On the topic of a competition policy agenda for agriculture markets, Weiser's remarks were part of an overall push by the Antitrust Division that year to indicate concern about that topic, including a series of workshops and statements before the Senate.
