Collaborative spirit: The Tipline for 25 March 2020

The federal antitrust agencies came together yesterday, promising to advise businesses on the legality of potential coronavirus-related collaborations within seven calendar days of receiving sufficient information to evaluate the proposal. That announcement comes only a few days after the agencies themselves worked together outside of the coronavirus context to discourage California from adopting new regulations for beer distribution.
