Clean slate: The Tipline for 13 May 2020

Maybe it was all a dream. The Department of Justice asked a federal appellate court yesterday to void Judge Leonard Stark’s ruling on the merger of travel technology companies Sabre and Farelogix after the companies abandoned their proposed deal. Also in today’s Tipline, House Democrats release a covid-19 relief package without the proposed merger ban and Facebook backs a new advocacy group to advance technology companies’ interests in Washington, DC.
