Chopra says Linde/Praxair remedy not enough

The Federal Trade Commission should not have allowed the Linde/Praxair merger to go forward, a Democratic commissioner has said, criticising the proposed remedies and calling for the FTC to look harder at private equity buyers of divested assets.
