There is no time for Lina Khan to rest, and not just because of the Federal Trade Commission’s forthcoming lawsuit against Amazon. Bloomberg reports that the FTC chair was among hotel guests entangled in the consequences of a cyberattack targeting MGM Resorts last week. When an MGM employee asked her to write down her credit card information, Khan questioned if the casino chain was properly handling everyone's data securely. Also in Tipline, a wave of amicus briefs have been filed opposing the FTC's appeal against Judge Scott Corley's decision in Microsoft/Activision Blizzard.
