Philadelphia is the first to sue banks for a new form of alleged interest rate collusion and a California lawmaker wants the the state to be the first to deem pharmaceutical pay-for-delay deals presumptively anticompetitive. In a policy win for competition enforcement, the American Antitrust Institute helped to persuade the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to demand that the companies in a deal report who their affiliates are.
