We are back at the federal courthouse in Washington, DC, today as the Federal Trade Commission tries to secure a preliminary injunction blocking the Wilhelmsen/Drew Marine merger. The deal ran into a hurdle in Asia on Friday when Singapore's authority deemed it to be anticompetitive.
