AT&T merger trial prep moves amicably, counsel say

Counsel for the Department of Justice’s antitrust division and for AT&T said on Friday that the preparations for their upcoming merger trial are going well and that there are no outstanding disputes they need the Washington, DC, federal court to resolve.
