AT&T: DOJ can’t meet its burden on appeal

The Department of Justice’s antitrust division cannot meet its burden to show that a federal district court judge’s interpretation of the facts in allowing the AT&T/Time Warner deal was “clearly erroneous”, counsel to AT&T have said.
