“Antitrust”: The Tipline for 30 September 2019

If you’re looking for a lighter take on antitrust this week, try “Antitrust” (2001), a thriller about a fictional company whose ruthless founder is chasing software dominance. The Department of Justice is in the mix: an agent building an antitrust case against the company asks a young programmer to report back on any malfeasance. Be warned though, RogerEbert.com called the film “too goofy”. It’s available on Amazon Prime.
