Antitrust talks in DC: The Tipline for 25 September 2018

We frankly have no idea what was happening with Rod Rosenstein yesterday, but the man to whom he is deputy, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, is scheduled to meet with a bipartisan group of 13 state attorneys general or their representatives today. On the agenda are concerns that online platforms may be stifling competition and the free exchange of ideas. We’ll also be at Georgetown University Law Center, hearing the free exchange of ideas about competition.
