Antitrust Division taps two new DAAGs
The Department of Justice's antitrust division has tapped two new deputy assistant attorneys general: one a longtime litigator who has said consolidation actually increases competition, and the other a young lawyer with experience in Congress, private practice and the Antitrust Division.
